Alumina Fiber Paper
High-Temperature Resistant Alumina Fiber Paper
FP-F-72 alumina fiber paper is manufactured through our proprietary three-step process: fiber web formation, sintering, and mechanical processing. FP-F-72 alumina fiber paper boasts outstanding high-temperature refractory properties, requiring no special atmospheric protection. It has a high usage temperature and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. It retains its tensile strength, flexibility, and fiber entanglement properties even under prolonged exposure to these temperatures in oxidizing, neutral, or mildly reducing atmospheres.
The production process of alumina fiber paper belongs to the non-woven process. It uses a method of spraying and electrospinning to form a uniform fiber web. Then, through mechanical methods, the fibers in the fiber web are entangled and reinforced to form inorganic fiber paper products.
