Alumina Bulk Fiber
High-Temperature Resistant Alumina Bulk Fiber
M-F-72 alumina bulk fibers is a new ultra-lightweight high-temperature material. It is produced
using the “sol-gel” method, where a specially formulated spinning colloid is blown at high speed to form a fiber matrix, then dried and subjected to medium to high-temperature heat treatment to create polycrystalline fibers.
M-F-72 alumina bulk fiber offers exceptional thermal insulation properties without requiring special atmospheric protection. It can withstand high temperatures and resist acid and alkali corrosion, with a classification temperature of 1600°C. It maintains flexibility, softness, and fiber structure in oxidizing, neutral, or mildly reducing atmospheres at these high temperatures.
